Allan opts for an easy and portable cookie this week. The thumbprint cook is simple to make and easy to transport to spring socials. Made from shortbread, the cookie is not sweet, however, you fill the thumbprint with your choice of jelly before baking. Allan went with strawberry and the crew made sure that there were none left.
